Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are you located?

I’m based in Pittsburgh, PA! I'm originally from Erie, PA, so I travel there often as well. I love to travel around Northwestern PA and the surrounding areas.  Don't hesitate to reach out to ask about locations!

2. How do I book a session?

Head over to my contact page and send me a message. From there, we’ll chat about what kind of shoot you’re looking for, pick a date, and I’ll walk you through the rest. No stress!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens - I get it! If you need to reschedule, just give me as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours is appreciated) and we’ll find a new date that works. Your retainer fee will transfer to the new session.

If you need to cancel completely, the retainer is non-refundable, since I reserve that time just for you.  But I'm happy to discuss options if something unexpected comes up,  just reach out.

4. How long will it take to get my photos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session, but typically it’s about 2–3 weeks. For minis, it's about 1-2 weeks. For larger sessions, I always send a sneak peek within a few days because I know waiting is hard!
